Insul-8 Pendant Stations

Insul-8's complete line of push-button pendant stations are ergonomically designed for single hand operation featuring minimal-force push-buttons to significantly minimize operator fatigue while maximizing control. Insul-8's 2-12 button pendants feature high-impact resistant 2-piece enclosure to simplify field wiring. Insul-8's 2 button "pistol grip" pendant (less than 2" across) features easy pressure switches.
 
Push-button pendants are used in conjunction with conductor bar, festoon systems or reels as "point-of-control" stations for overhead cranes, hoists, and conveyors and numerous other machinery that require operator control.

Push Button Pendants

Push-button Pendants are used to control electric motors on overhead cranes, hoists and other material handling applications. Through the multitude of switches available, push-button pendants can handle the demands of the most rugged crane applications in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Insul-8 pendants are available in 2 through 12 button sizes with a variety of switch inserts. The enclosures are made of high impact, high strength, flame retardant, plastic and are ergonomically designed for single hand operation with low effort pushbuttons for reduce operator fatigue. A unique double seal cable entry bushing provides superior protection against the entry of foreign material and the exterior neoprene rubber switch boots are designed to provide for a dust tight and water tight seal, to NEMA 4 specifications.
